About Baner

Shri Ram, Hanuman, Lakshmi and many such temples form the part of cultural heritage of Baner, and the most prominent temple of all temples is the Bhairavnath temple which is located in the middle of the town. During Navratri, large numbers of devotees from across the town come here to pray.

Once Baner was also famous for its agricultural development but because of urbanisation, the area lost its agricultural status.
